<Job responsibilities>
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
- Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and Develop plans for filling them
- Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily Check-ins with sales team to Set objectives and Monitor progress
- Manage the month-end and year-end close sale processes
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
- Coordinate and support music school, including increment of music school students and music instruments sales.
- Other additional tasks as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 32 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (B2B is highly considerable, B2C is considerable) - Supervisor to Manager with subordinates is required.
- Experience or knowledge in music instrument, music school Business
- Provable in sales achievement with effective sales tactics
- Have personal car and Driving license
- Conversational High to Business in English (able to deal with Japanese and Other foreigner Office or clients)
- Good computer skills (Especially MS Excel)
- Good personality
- Superb leadership ability
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure and work hard work smart
- Comfort to visit customer regularly
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Business (Highly focus), Business Administration, Marketing field.
- Direct experience in Piano product
- Experience in sales the products to dealer
