Electrical Staff (Factory facilities' Maintenance) (25K – 40K) (SDG-107486)
เจ้าหน้าที่ไฟฟ้า (ฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงรักษาโรงงาน)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supports daily maintenance and repairs on site
• Total management of minor modify and improvement work
• Available for emergency response and overtime on holidays and after hours
• Negotiations with vendors (Estimates, inquiries about repairs/specs, etc., construction requests, etc.)
• Creation/application of internal workflow documents, permission documents, etc.
• Construction inspection
• Problem confirmation and identification
• In charge of overhaul
• Determine specifications and purchase necessary electrical and instrumentation parts
• Response to the problem of instrumentation of factory facilities such as poor contact or defective pump.
• Solving some simple problems of PLC programming
• Check specifications of electrical components
• Order quotation/purchase
• Meeting internal/external
• Other tasks assigned
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• สนับสนุนการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมประจำวันในสถานที่โรงงาน
• จัดการงานปรับปรุงและแก้ไขเล็กน้อยทั้งหมด
• พร้อมให้บริการในกรณีฉุกเฉินและสามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาในวันหยุดและหลังเลิกงานได้
• เจรจากับผู้ขาย (ประเมินราคา, สอบถามเกี่ยวกับการซ่อมแซม/ข้อมูลจำเพาะ ฯลฯ คำขอการก่อสร้าง ฯลฯ)
• ใช้เอกสารเวิร์กโฟลว์ภายใน เอกสารอนุญาต ฯลฯ
• ตรวจสอบการก่อสร้าง
• ยืนยันและระบุปัญหา
• รับผิดชอบการยกเครื่อง
• กำหนดข้อมูลจำเพาะและจัดซื้อชิ้นส่วนไฟฟ้าและเครื่องมือวัดที่จำเป็น
• ตอบสนองต่อปัญหาเครื่องมือวัดของโรงงาน เช่น สัมผัสที่ไม่ดีหรือปั๊มชำรุด
• แก้ไขปัญหาพื้นฐานบางประการของการเขียนโปรแกรม PLC
• ตรวจสอบข้อมูลจำเพาะของส่วนประกอบไฟฟ้า
• ออกใบเสนอราคา/จัดซื้อ
• ประชุมภายใน/ภายนอก
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-38 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in electrical maintenance role in electronic manufacturing.
• Basic in English
• Have knowledge of electrical systems.
• Have knowledge in utility and PLC
• Good followership behavior, interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, fast learner, service minded, strong team player and able to work under pressure in a multinational work environment
