<Job responsibilities>
- Provide assistance and lighten the workload from the secretary who performs his main duties.
- Receive orders from the boss and Coordinate until the goals are achieved.
- Manage and take care of various matters of the boss and the company.
Including taking care of the personal affairs of the boss and the boss's home
- Coordinate internally and contact abroad sometimes. to make the project successful
- Make a list of tourist attractions, hotels, restaurants that your boss is interested in and occasionally book plane tickets.
- Other tasks as assigned
- Help contact and Coordinate with various agencies.

- ให้ความช่วยเหลือและแบ่งเบาภาระงานจากเลขานุการที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่หลัก
- รับคำสั่งจากเจ้านาย และประสานงานจนบรรลุเป้าหมาย
- บริหารจัดการและดูแลเรื่องต่างๆของเจ้านายและบริษัท
รวมถึงดูแลเรื่องส่วนตัวของเจ้านายและบ้านของเจ้านาย
- ประสานงานภายในและติดต่อต่างประเทศบางครั้ง เพื่อให้โครงการประสบความสำเร็จ
- จัดทำรายการสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว โรงแรม ร้านอาหาร ที่เจ้านายสนใจ และจองตั๋วเครื่องบินเป็นครั้งคราว
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ช่วยติดต่อและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 23 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Any bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year experience as an assistant secretary or personal assistant.
- Good command of English High conversation to business level
(Communication with Japanese report line and report)
- Able to do MS Office

- Studied abroad
