เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี

<Job responsibilities>
• Report to Japanese/Thai auditor (Such as Monthly report, VAT and petty cash report, exchange rate, cash flow, cash flow etc.)
• Issue Invoice, WHT, Billing receipt issuing to customers.
• Input inventory, all expenses into accounting system.
• Handle for Japanese document, re-entry visa, work permit, notice 90days report, appointment date to visit immigration. (contact with lawyer)
• Prepare finance statement, payment to shipper & maker, import duty, VAT import, payment to abroad.
• Calculated management reports., import machine & spare parts cost.
• Prepare and support other accounting. (such as payment to maker and supplier and petty cash etc.)
• Control and looking for a new interest rate income for investment a new deposit.
• Maintaining and control Accounts Receivable files, Input and Output VAT and Payment Voucher files.
• Support payroll, bonus, overtime, personal tax, SSO, provident fund and TAX.
• Control stock& Checking stock balance end of month.
• Support planning zone delivery and handle messenger's job.
• Others as assigned by the supervisor and manager

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
• รายงานต่อผู้สอบบัญชีชาวญี่ปุ่น/ไทย (เช่น รายงานประจำเดือน, รายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและเงินสดย่อย, อัตราแลกเปลี่ยน, กระแสเงินสด, กระแสเงินสด ฯลฯ)
• ออกใบแจ้งหนี้, WHT, ใบเสร็จรับเงินเพื่อออกให้กับลูกค้า
• ป้อนข้อมูลสินค้าคงคลัง ค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดเข้าระบบบัญชี
• จัดการเอกสารญี่ปุ่น, วีซ่าเข้าประเทศใหม่, ใบอนุญาตทำงาน, รายงานแจ้งล่วงหน้า 90 วัน, วันนัดหมายเยี่ยมชม ตม. (ติดต่อกับทนายความ)
• จัดทำงบการเงิน, ชำระเงินให้กับ Shipper & Maker, อากรขาเข้า, VAT นำเข้า, ชำระเงินไปต่างประเทศ
• คำนวณรายงานการจัดการ, นำเข้าเครื่องจักรและต้นทุนอะไหล่
• จัดทำและสนับสนุนการบัญชีอื่นๆ (เช่น การจ่ายเงินให้ผู้ผลิตและซัพพลายเออร์ และเงินสดย่อย เป็นต้น)
• ควบคุมและหารายได้อัตราดอกเบี้ยใหม่สำหรับการลงทุนเงินฝากใหม่
• การบำรุงรักษาและควบคุมไฟล์บัญชีลูกหนี้ ไฟล์ภาษีนำเข้าและส่งออก และไฟล์ใบสำคัญการชำระเงิน
• สนับสนุนเงินเดือน, โบนัส, ค่าล่วงเวลา, ภาษีบุคคล, ประกันสังคม, กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ และภาษี
• ควบคุมสต๊อกและตรวจสอบยอดสต๊อกสิ้นเดือน
• สนับสนุนการวางแผนการจัดส่งโซนและจัดการงานของ Messenger
• อื่นๆ ตามที่หัวหน้าและผู้จัดการมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 27 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting field or higher.
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounting field
- Can communicate well in English (document and internal with Japanese)
- Proficient in MS Excel
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience at Japanese company
- Japanese speaking will Be advantage
- CD organizer accounting software is Be advantage
- Have CPD or CPA license and accounting closing experience
- Manage Exchange rate
- Analytical skills with ability to work well under pressure within limited time frames.
- Honesty, good personality, good attitud

- ปริญญาตรี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการบัญชี หรือสูงกว่า
- มีประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี ในด้านบัญชี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เอกสารและภาษาญี่ปุ่นภายใน)
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน MS Excel
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
- หากพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ซอฟต์แวร์บัญชีออแกไนเซอร์ซีดีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใบอนุญาต CPD หรือ CPA และมีประสบการณ์การปิดบัญชี
- จัดการอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน
- ทักษะวิเคราะห์ มีความสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันภายในระยะเวลาจำกัดได้ดี
- มีความซื่อสัตย์ บุคลิกดี ทัศนคติดี
