เจ้าหน้าที่ HR (การสรรหาบุคลากรรุ่นเยาว์และปฏิบัติการ HR)

<Job responsibilities>
- Handle all processes of recruitment & selection to ensure vacancies are filled as a minimum requirement and in a timely manner.
- Prepare internal&external job advertisements for web postings.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and outsourcing companies to fill vacancies as needed.
- Handle employee database to ensure the up-to-date and readiness of the database for usage of HRIS or related purposes.
- Handle employee badge and manage office access control for employees.
- Prepare recruitment and HR related proposals as assigned.
- Support daily operations and ad hoc projects as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- จัดการกระบวนการสรรหาและคัดเลือกทั้งหมดเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าตำแหน่งว่างได้รับการเติมเต็มตามความต้องการขั้นต่ำและในเวลาที่เหมาะสม
- จัดทำประกาศรับสมัครงานภายในและภายนอกเพื่อลงประกาศทางเว็บ
- ประสานงานกับบริษัทจัดหางานและบริษัทเอาท์ซอร์สเพื่อบรรจุตำแหน่งงานว่างตามความจำเป็น
- จัดการฐานข้อมูลพนักงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าฐานข้อมูลเป็นปัจจุบันและพร้อมใช้งานสำหรับการใช้ HRIS หรือวัตถุประสงค์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดการป้ายพนักงานและจัดการการควบคุมการเข้าถึงสำนักงานสำหรับพนักงาน
- จัดทำข้อเสนอด้านการสรรหาและทรัพยากรบุคคลตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันและโครงการเฉพาะกิจตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 24 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in human resources or any position related.
- Experience in a recruitment role would be required.
- Good command of English both spoken and written.(mainly use for E-mail and document and internal communication)
- Computer literacy in excel, Pivot, VLookup.
- Having knowledge in labor laws would be an advantage.
- Able to Handle multitask, Problem-solving, open mind and eagerness to learn new things.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having analytical thinking and Problem solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, WIO 100%, after 1 year of service, Hybrid working operation shall apply.)

- มีประสบการณ์ด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลหรือตำแหน่งใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- จะต้องมีประสบการณ์ในการสรรหาบุคลากร
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งพูดและเขียน (ใช้อีเมล เอกสาร และการสื่อสารภายในเป็นหลัก)
- มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ใน Excel, Pivot, VLookup
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้, แก้ปัญหาได้, เปิดใจกว้าง และกระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
