<Job responsibilities>
- Take care of foreign affairs (Japan)
- Plan assigned projects and be responsible for working according to the plan.
- Make a summary report after the project ends in order to use the information to develop in the next work.
- Communicate with organizations, foreign trading partners, or related agencies to create cooperation and trade opportunities with foreign countries (Japan).
- Coordinate both inside and outside the company as well as various related departments to achieve the work as planned.
- Take care of and store documents related to work neatly.
- Other tasks as assigned
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ดูแลการต่างประเทศ (ญี่ปุ่น)
- วางแผนโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมายและรับผิดชอบการทำงานตามแผน
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลหลังจากสิ้นสุดโครงการ เพื่อนำข้อมูลไปพัฒนาในงานต่อไป
- สื่อสารกับองค์กร คู่ค้าต่างประเทศ หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือและโอกาสทางการค้ากับต่างประเทศ (ญี่ปุ่น)
- ประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัทตลอดจนหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้งานสำเร็จตามแผนที่วางไว้
- ดูแลและจัดเก็บเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานให้เรียบร้อย
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2++ years of any Japanese Speaking experience
- Preference in Coordinating with many stakeholders (including overseas office)
- Have excellent Japanese communication skills, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (JLPT N2 or above)
- Basic communication of English
- Have planning skills, be responsible and punctual
- Have good human relations, like to meet people
- Have communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Be creative
- Able to use MS office very well (Word, Excel, Power Point)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- If like to read manga or novels, this will be given special consideration.
- Connection or experiences in publishing industry
