Customs Clearance Assistant Manager (Laemchabang branch) (50K – 65K) (SDG-98139)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายพิธีการศุลกากร (สาขาแหลมฉบัง)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and control overall shipping process to achieve smooth operation and fulfil customers’ requirements.
• Perform as “Problem shooter” to address overall problems concerning to customs process.
• Give consultation for shipping officers to perform correct and prompt customs process.
• Give consultation to the customers about customs regulations and import/export privileges.
• Supervise project cargo loading/unloading in/out the terminal.
• Organize coach, challenge, and develop shipping officers.
• Implement and execute wok in accordance with procedure (Sea freight Import / Export shipping)
• Any assignment from superior.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดการและควบคุมกระบวนการขนส่งโดยรวมเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานราบรื่นและตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
• ทำหน้าที่เป็น "ผู้แก้ไขปัญหา" เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาโดยรวมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการศุลกากร
• ให้คำปรึกษาแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขนส่งเพื่อดำเนินการตามกระบวนการศุลกากรอย่างถูกต้องและทันท่วงที
• ให้คำปรึกษาแก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับระเบียบศุลกากรและสิทธิพิเศษในการนำเข้า/ส่งออก
• ดูแลการขนถ่ายสินค้าโครงการเข้า/ออกจากท่าเทียบเรือ
• จัดระเบียบโค้ช ท้าทาย และพัฒนาเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขนส่ง
• ปฏิบัติและดำเนินการตามขั้นตอน (การขนส่งทางทะเล, การนำเข้า/ส่งออก)
• งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-50 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related fields.
• At least working 5 years’ experience as custom clearance in international freight forwarding (Import / export Air and Sea)
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Conversation middle-high level in English (to use in email and communicate with clients)
• Computer literate (MS Office series and related customs computer systems)
• Must have customs broker license certificate.
• Business level English is preferable.
• Have both customs broker license / customs specialist certificate is preferable.
• Have work experience in Global Freight Forwarded company is preferable.

• มีทั้งใบอนุญาตนายหน้าศุลกากร และใบรับรองผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านศุลกากรจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
