GA&HR Manager (50K – 65K) (SDG-108401)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายธุรการและฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead and take care office systems and manage staff members.
• Responsible for office overall general affair, manage administrative operations, policies, procedures, budgets, facilities, records, equipment and special project, plan, coach and manage members.
• Lead and prepare for company events
• Manage and support Visa and work-permit process
• Lead HR functions by planning and implementing HR policies, programs and practices and providing counselling to employees.
• Responsible for the recruitment of employees and training period, orientation etc.
• Manage for attendance daily, weekly, monthly
• Responsible for payroll calculation with HR members
• Help and consult with labor problem with Japanese Interpreter
• Other works by assign by Japanese manager
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• ดูแลระบบสำนักงานและพนักงาน
• รับผิดชอบงานทั่วไปของสำนักงาน จัดการงานบริหาร นโยบาย ขั้นตอน งบประมาณ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก บันทึก อุปกรณ์ และโครงการพิเศษ วางแผน ให้คำแนะนำ
• รับผิดชอบและเตรียมการสำหรับกิจกรรมของบริษัท
• จัดการและสนับสนุนกระบวนการขอวีซ่าและใบอนุญาตทำงาน
• รับผิดชอบงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลโดยการวางแผนและดำเนินการตามนโยบาย โปรแกรม และแนวทางปฏิบัติด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล และให้คำปรึกษากับพนักงาน
• รับผิดชอบการสรรหาพนักงานและช่วงเวลาการฝึกอบรม การปฐมนิเทศ ฯลฯ
• จัดการการเข้างานของพนักงานประจำรายวัน, รายสัปดาห์, รายเดือน
• รับผิดชอบการคำนวณเงินเดือนกับพนักงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล
• ช่วยเหลือและให้คำปรึกษาด้านปัญหาแรงงานกับล่ามชาวญี่ปุ่น
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นมอบหมาย
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 45-52 years
• Female / Male
• High Diploma
• At least 10 years’ experience of GA&HR manager in Distribution or manufacturing company
• At least 3 years’ experience of Assistant Manager level over
• Can commute by yourself
• Strong management skills for GA and HR works is preferable.
• Not job hopper

Working Hour: 7:40-16:40(Mon-Fri, Sat 2 times per month depends on company calendar)
