Precision Parts Machining Supervisor (Safety) (34K – 37K) (SDG-108234)
หัวหน้าอาวุโสฝ่ายกลึงชิ้นส่วนความแม่นยำ (ด้านความปลอดภัย)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conducting research into new safety technologies or procedures to improve workplace safety and report to the manager
• Coordinate with stakeholders in other departments and divisions. as well as pushing the activities to be completed
• Responsible for organizing training for subordinates and coordinating in the organization.
• Providing training as an HSE training plan and recording data
• Control of subcontractors/ supplier that work on the company side
• Summarize and monthly report all events & activities to superiors
• Support ISO14001 and ISO45001 plan and requirements
• To pushing for kaizen activities and support kaizen activities for related departments
• To promote and follow up concern section arrange 5S activity.
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ดำเนินการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีหรือขั้นตอนด้านความปลอดภัยใหม่ๆ เพื่อปรับปรุงความปลอดภัยในสถานที่ทำงานและรายงานต่อผู้จัดการ
• ประสานงานกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในแผนกและฝ่ายอื่นๆ ตลอดจนผลักดันให้กิจกรรมต่างๆ เสร็จสิ้น
• รับผิดชอบในการจัดฝึกอบรมให้กับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาและประสานงานภายในองค์กร
• จัดทำแผนการฝึกอบรมด้าน HSE และบันทึกข้อมูล
• ควบคุมผู้รับเหมาช่วง/ซัพพลายเออร์ที่ทำงานในฝ่ายของบริษัท
• สรุปและรายงานกิจกรรมและกิจกรรมทั้งหมดทุกเดือนให้หัวหน้าทราบ
• สนับสนุนแผนและข้อกำหนด ISO14001 และ ISO45001
• ผลักดันกิจกรรมไคเซ็นและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมไคเซ็นสำหรับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ส่งเสริมและติดตามส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องจัดกิจกรรม 5S
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 33-40 years
• Any gender
• High diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Safety (SHE) role in automotive manufacturing field.
• At least 2 years management experience. (Supervisor level or above)
• License in occupational health and safety
• From company scale 100 pax up
• Advance conversation middle level of English
• Have knowledge in ISO14001, ISO45001 and IATF 16949
• Excellent knowledge of Thai occupational health and safety regulations
• Good followership behavior, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, fast learner, service minded, strong team player and able to work under pressure in a multinational work environment
