<Job responsibilities>
- Be a leader in increasing sales and profits through efficient store management and excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate awareness of the importance of serious commerce, have creative ideas, and Execute them to produce sales results.
Have an understanding of market trends in their area, analyze customer characteristics, purchasing trends, and competition, as well as communicate this information to managers in their line of work.
- Understand and improve store performance by analyzing KPIs and reports such as conversion rate, number of pieces per bill (UPT), average amount per bill (ATV), and performance of each product (Sell-thru and rate sales)
- Check and Monitor all store expenses such as electricity bills, and stationery bills. etc. to control in accordance with the budget, the profits of the store will be at the highest level.
- Clearly explain work directions, give advice, support, and guide employees by focusing on customer service and sales according to the standards set by the brand.
- Oversee overall store management to ensure that head office requirements are being met and that employees are informed about product changes and developments.
- Take initiative and conduct promotions or training as needed.
- Ensure excellent back office operations, store adheres to policies and procedures, core operational competencies, core responsibilities, and legal standards.
- Directly responsible for product loss prevention and compliance with store operational requirements.
- Manage inventory and reduce warehouse size (Shrink goals) to meet or exceed goals. Take care and Manage the counting of products in the warehouse.
- Ensure that all merchandise display equipment is operated and maintained according to guidelines, including ensuring that store displays always meet or exceed standards.
- Make good practices in personnel allocation and Roster.
- Train and Develop a talented team, ensuring that employees are motivated to work and Receive continuous training.
- Reduce employee turnover by training employee retention skills, which are essential skills for building a team that Can produce good results.
- Prepare and conduct accurate and timely evaluations of the performance of each employee in the store.
- Weekly meeting with team, Prepare for report, Present and able to exchange the information with him well.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
- At least 4 years in Customer Service across Branded Retail Stores. (shoes/ clothing/ fashion products) with 2 years as Store supervisor, assistant manager, manager with subordinates.
- Track Record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong in retail operations, budgeting, customer service planning, personnel development and management (train, Develop, and retain teams)
- Able to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken; both communicate with customers, internal with Japanese Management, reports etc.)
- Ready and flexible to work nights, weekends, public holidays, during store openings and closings as needed by the business.
- Good computer skills such as MS Word, Excel (Manage reports), Outlook
- Good skills in presenting reports at meetings
- Ability to consider complex problems logically, Demonstrate effective communication, Present information to large groups of people, and facilitate store visits.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in delegating tasks, working as a team, flexibility, enthusiasm, stress management skills and analytical skills.
- Have the Ability to Communicate effectively and appropriately with customers or store staff. plan and Manage sales areas, storerooms, and store offices.
