<Job responsibilities>
• Contribution to company group worldwide for cost reduction activities in the electronic field.
• Work together with companies worldwide. Contact team as well as our subsidiary companies worldwide.
• Analyze and report Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet of own department as well as setting business plan.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve team goals and objective.
• Monitor team performance and positive guidance, coaching and constructive feedback.
• Lead the department consisting approx. 3 members.
• Taking care of visitors from worldwide to visit factories and subcontractors mainly in Thailand. 1-2 times/ month (overseas business trip too)

• มีส่วนสนับสนุนกลุ่มบริษัททั่วโลกด้านกิจกรรมลดต้นทุนในด้านอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
• ทำงานร่วมกับบริษัทต่างๆ ทั่วโลก ติดต่อทีมงานและบริษัทในเครือของเราทั่วโลก
• วิเคราะห์และรายงานกำไรขาดทุนและงบดุลของแผนกตนเอง รวมถึงวางแผนธุรกิจ
• พัฒนาและดำเนินกลยุทธ์เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ของทีม
• ติดตามประสิทธิภาพของทีมและคำแนะนำเชิงบวก การฝึกสอน และคำติชมที่สร้างสรรค์
• หัวหน้าแผนกประกอบด้วยประมาณ. สมาชิก 3 คน
• ดูแลนักท่องเที่ยวจากทั่วโลกที่มาพบโรงงานและผู้รับเหมาช่วง โดยส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในประเทศไทย 1-2 ครั้ง/เดือน (รวมถึงการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจต่างประเทศด้วย)



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement with 5 years of management Level
• Experience in import and export transportation.
• Experience in taking care of subordinate
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills in Japanese with JLPT N2 and English at the business level are necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Office( Excel, and PowerPoint) for presenting strategies and new development.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to make decisions based on data and market trends.
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
- At least 5 years in a managerial role in trading or manufacturing especially in Electronic raw materials for producing end-to-end etc.

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri, Flex time (8am-17pm, 9am-18pm), Hybrid working operation, according to team operation and company's policy.)

- ปริญญาตรี
• ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ โลจิสติกส์และห่วงโซ่อุปทาน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดซื้อขั้นต่ำ 10 ปี และระดับบริหาร 5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขนส่งนำเข้าและส่งออก
• มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลทีม
• ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำที่ดีและความสามารถในการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและกระตุ้นทีมงาน
• ทักษะการเจรจา การสื่อสาร และการระหว่างบุคคลที่ยอดเยี่ยม
• ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีในภาษาญี่ปุ่นพร้อม JLPT N2 และภาษาอังกฤษในระดับธุรกิจเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น
• มีความสามารถในการใช้ MS Office (Excel และ PowerPoint) เพื่อการนำเสนอกลยุทธ์และการพัฒนาใหม่ๆ
• การคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์พร้อมความสามารถในการตัดสินใจโดยอาศัยข้อมูลและแนวโน้มตลาด
<ทักษะ/ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการด้านการค้าหรือการผลิตอย่างน้อย 5 ปี โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในด้านวัตถุดิบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อการผลิตแบบครบวงจร ฯลฯ
