ผู้จัดการฝ่ายโลจิสติกส์ (ยานพาหนะด้านโลจิสติกส์)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage, direct & monitor all operations to operate under customs regulation, law customer's conditions & company rules.
• Control the operations and subordinates to meet Dept. and company KPIs and targets.
• Analyze, maintain and Improve mechanisms for MP, CBU and Accessory Operation to more efficiency operations.
• Control & Improve subordinates' performance to always meet and fulfil customer requirement.
• Assist in the new project/ current projects development that concerned to MP management.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดการ กำกับดูแล และติดตามการปฏิบัติงานทั้งหมดให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบศุลกากร กฎหมาย เงื่อนไขของลูกค้า และกฎของบริษัท
• ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานและผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้เป็นไปตาม KPI และเป้าหมายของแผนกและบริษัท
• วิเคราะห์ บำรุงรักษา และปรับปรุงกลไกการปฏิบัติงานของ MP, CBU และอุปกรณ์เสริมเพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
• ควบคุมและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้เป็นไปตามและตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าอยู่เสมอ
• ช่วยเหลือในการพัฒนาโครงการใหม่/โครงการปัจจุบันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการ MP
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 37-45 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience or more in Motorpool Management, Yard Management, Automotive Logistics, Vehicle Logistics, and Warehouse.
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles as Assistant-manager level.
• Have know-how in Yard management, Logistics & Warehouse/similar fields.
• Good in Excel function and MS Office.
• Advance conversation middle level of English.
• Hard work, Endurance, and working under pressure.
• Experience in Motorpool Management or Yard Management will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, project, and risk management skills are preferable.
