<Job responsibilities>
- Conduct local sales activities that the company has not been able to Take offensive or only remote activities until now.
- Aggressive approach to major power supply R&D companies, from sales pitching to order acquisition, focusing on power semiconductors (new business development, relationship building)
- Build relationships with customers, acquire new customers, understand customer needs
- Strengthen relationships with customer purchase
- Seek proactivity to Develop customers self-initiatively in a situation similar to that of new development
- Regular reporting to Taiwan branch as customer account management
- Belong to the Power Supply Group of Taiwan branch and expand sales to customers as one of the staff (accompanied by an FAE).
- Take a business trip from Taiwan branch about once every two months, and travel to Taiwan as needed to understand the status of customers (assuming a business trip to Head Quater in Japan)
- Work as a pair with FAEs to expand sales to customer design units.
- Manage the sales expansion progress and understand the customer Organization


<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ดำเนินกิจกรรมการขายในพื้นที่ที่บริษัทฯ ดำเนินการในรูปแบบเชิงรุกหรือดำเนินการทางไกลเท่านั้นจนถึงปัจจุบัน
- แนวทางเชิงรุกต่อบริษัทวิจัยและพัฒนาด้านแหล่งจ่ายไฟหลัก ตั้งแต่การนำเสนอขายไปจนถึงการรับคำสั่งซื้อ โดยเน้นที่เซมิคอนดักเตอร์กำลังไฟฟ้า (การพัฒนาธุรกิจใหม่ การสร้างความสัมพันธ์)
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า รับลูกค้าใหม่ เข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้า
- เสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับการซื้อของลูกค้า
- แสวงหาความกระตือรือร้นในการพัฒนาลูกค้าตามความคิดริเริ่มของตนเองในสถานการณ์ที่คล้ายคลึงกันกับการพัฒนาใหม่
- รายงานประจำไปยังสาขาไต้หวันในฐานะผู้จัดการบัญชีลูกค้า
- เป็นสมาชิกของกลุ่ม Power Supply สาขาไต้หวัน และขยายการขายให้กับลูกค้าโดยเป็นหนึ่งในพนักงาน (พร้อมด้วย FAE)
- เดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจจากสาขาในไต้หวันประมาณทุก ๆ สองเดือน และเดินทางไปไต้หวันตามความจำเป็นเพื่อทำความเข้าใจสถานะของลูกค้า (โดยถือว่าเดินทางไปธุรกิจที่สำนักงานใหญ่ในญี่ปุ่น)
- ทำงานร่วมกับ FAE เพื่อขยายการขายไปยังหน่วยการออกแบบของลูกค้า
- จัดการความคืบหน้าการขยายการขายและทำความเข้าใจองค์กรลูกค้า


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 32 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Electronical engineer.
- 3-4 years experience as Sales Engineer.
- Good sales Experience in the industries of manufacturing and electronics.
- Understanding of semiconductor process flow, device physics, and Electronics components.
- Business level of English, use for Communicate with team from Taiwan.and Japan
- Conversational high in Chinese (HSK5+) or Japanese (JLPT N2+) speaking is even better
- Proficient in MS office.
- Able to go business trip in Japan and Taiwan.
- Must have driver’s license and personal car.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (WIO-WFH, depends) Hybrid working schedule (WIO 3 days & WFH 2 days). (Under a probationary period will depend on the assignment))

- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งวิศวกรขาย 3-4 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์การขายที่ดีในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
- ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการไหลของเซมิคอนดักเตอร์ ฟิสิกส์ของอุปกรณ์ และส่วนประกอบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
- ภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ ใช้เพื่อสื่อสารกับทีมงานจากไต้หวันและญี่ปุ่น
- สามารถสนทนาภาษาจีน (HSK5+) หรือภาษาญี่ปุ่น (JLPT N2+) ได้ในระดับดียิ่งขึ้น
- มีทักษะ MS Office เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถไปทริปธุรกิจที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่นและไต้หวันได้
- ต้องมีใบขับขี่และรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
