Import Customer Service Officer - Manager (Sea, Air and Land Freight Forwarding) (JPN Speaking N3) (30K – 100K) (SDG-110212)
เจ้าหน้าที่บริการลูกค้าด้านการนำเข้า - ผู้จัดการ (ฝ่ายขนส่งสินค้าทางทะเล ทางอากาศ และทางบก) (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น N3)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Receive and arrange export bookings from exporters and overseas agents both Air & Sea import shipment
• Always keep importers fully updated status of their shipment.
• Receive pre-alert and documents from overseas agents.
• Communicate with shipping lines, customers and overseas agents.
• To be the contact point for monitoring of import shipments.
• Handle Import documentation.
• Managing local and international customers on the requirements of import documentation and following up the status of delivery of shipment
• Utilize routing information to create freight booking, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency for the loads
• Solve problems using analytical and critical thinking skills
• Identify, measure, and maintain key performance indicators
• Create summary reports and send to the supervisor and stakeholders
• Issuing financial billing process, freight invoice, credit note, debit note and cost control.
• Perform other duties as assigned by CEO
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดเตรียมการจองการส่งออกจากผู้ส่งออกและตัวแทนในต่างประเทศทั้งการขนส่งทางอากาศและทางทะเล
• คอยอัปเดตสถานะการขนส่งของตนให้ผู้นำเข้าทราบอยู่เสมอ
• รับการแจ้งเตือนล่วงหน้าและเอกสารจากตัวแทนในต่างประเทศ
• สื่อสารกับสายการเดินเรือ ลูกค้า และตัวแทนในต่างประเทศ
• เป็นจุดติดต่อสำหรับการติดตามการขนส่งนำเข้า
• จัดการเอกสารนำเข้า
• จัดการลูกค้าในประเทศและต่างประเทศตามข้อกำหนดของเอกสารนำเข้าและติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้า
• ใช้ข้อมูลเส้นทางเพื่อสร้างการจองการขนส่งสินค้า เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีกำไรและคุ้มทุนสำหรับสินค้า
• แก้ไขปัญหาโดยใช้ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงวิพากษ์
• ระบุ วัดผล และรักษาตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพหลัก
• สร้างรายงานสรุปและส่งให้หัวหน้างานและผู้ถือผลประโยชน์
• ออกกระบวนการเรียกเก็บเงินทางการเงิน ใบแจ้งหนี้ค่าขนส่ง บันทึกเครดิต บันทึกเดบิต และการควบคุมต้นทุน
• ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ CEO มอบหมาย
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-40 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor in Logistics, International Business Management, Business Administration or any related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Import role from freight forwarding company (Sea, Air and land Import)
• Knowing international freight forwarding inbound and outbound documentation and INCOTERM by ocean, land or air import
• Advance conversation middle level in English.
• Good command of Japanese JLPT N3 or above
• Able to relocate workplace to Japan (HQ) after 1 year working in Thailand
• Fast communication and feedback to customers, liners and overseas agents is preferable.
• Organized and hands-on person with great attention to details is preferable.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Service mind, Strong interpersonal skill and capable to interact with people and all levels is preferred.
• Be able to work under pressure
• Export Customs Clearance and Export permit Expertise will be an advantage.

• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในบทบาทงานนำเข้าจากบริษัทขนส่งสินค้า (นำเข้าทางทะเล ทางอากาศ และทางบก)
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเอกสารการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่างประเทศขาเข้าและขาออก และ INCOTERM ทั้งทางทะเล ทางบก หรือทางอากาศ
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนา (JLPT N3 ขึ้นไป)
• สามารถย้ายสถานที่ทำงานไปยังประเทศญี่ปุ่น (สำนักงานใหญ่) ได้หลังจากทำงานในประเทศไทยเป็นเวลา 1 ปี
• สื่อสารอย่างรวดเร็วและการตอบกลับไปยังลูกค้า เรือเดินทะเล และตัวแทนในต่างประเทศจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• เป็นผู้ที่มีระเบียบและลงมือปฏิบัติจริงและใส่ใจในรายละเอียดเป็นอย่างดีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ MS Office มีใจรักการบริการ มีทักษะในการเข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ดี และสามารถโต้ตอบกับผู้อื่นได้ในทุกระดับ
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
