Purchasing Engineer (20K – 30K) (SDG-110305)
วิศวกรฝ่ายจัดซื้อ
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with requesting agency to prepare purchasing documents and carry out the purchase.
• Regarding negotiation process as to get the best price and condition.
• Monitor the delivery of the products and coordinating with relevant department in receiving.
• Monitor stock leave of Raw Material, Sub-Raw Material, Packaging and place orders as needed.
• Register new supplier information in system.
• Solve problems with the supplier.
• Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters.
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare reports on purchases.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานเพื่อจัดทำเอกสารการจัดซื้อและดำเนินการจัดซื้อ
• เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการเจรจาเพื่อให้ได้ราคาและเงื่อนไขที่ดีที่สุด
• ติดตามการส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์และประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องในการรับสินค้า
• ติดตามการออกจากสต็อกของวัตถุดิบ วัตถุดิบรอง บรรจุภัณฑ์ และสั่งซื้อตามความจำเป็น
• ลงทะเบียนข้อมูลซัพพลายเออร์รายใหม่ในระบบ
• แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับซัพพลายเออร์
• ร่วมมือกับสมาชิกทีมการเงินในสัญญา การออกใบแจ้งหนี้ และเรื่องการเงินอื่นๆ
• สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้ขายและซัพพลายเออร์
• จัดทำรายงานการจัดซื้อ
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-40 years
• Female only
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineer or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Material purchasing or Supply Chain in manufacturing industry.
• Able to read drawing.
• Advance conversation middle in English.
• Good computer skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
• Good planning, negotiation, communication skill and service mind.
• Good attitude and response for team work also safety awareness.
• Able to commit to company by own car
