Air Cargo Terminal Supervisor/Specialist (shift work) (40K–60K) (SDG-109908)
หัวหน้างาน/ผู้เชี่ยวชาญท่าเทียบเรือขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศ (งานเป็นกะ)

<Job responsibilities>
- Must Have knowledge about buildup ULD process, planning cargo in ULD for lower deck and main deck, and handling all the shipments in terminal to ensure space utilization.
- Well-understands about document procedures.
- Handle air export shipment to the end.
- Issue bill of lading/ airway bill of lading, filling E-manifest for export cargoes, filling AMS/ ISF for cargoes, update report to manager directly.
- Issue original documents &Sending Pre-alert.
- Input database on the internal system: FWB, FHL, issue B/L, manifest, AR, AP.
- Assist Senior Operation in all operation activities: outbound, airfreight, customs formalities (Dealing with all matters such as gross weight discrepancy or changing of CD).
- Building and maintaining Strong relationships with customers, Other agencies and suppliers
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ต้องมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการประกอบตู้ ULD การวางแผนสินค้าในตู้ ULD สำหรับชั้นล่างและชั้นหลัก และการจัดการการจัดส่งสินค้าทั้งหมดในอาคารผู้โดยสารเพื่อให้มั่นใจถึงการใช้พื้นที่อย่างคุ้มค่า
- มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการดำเนินการด้านเอกสารเป็นอย่างดี
- จัดการการส่งออกทางอากาศให้ถึงที่สุด
- ออกใบตราส่งสินค้า/ใบตราส่งสินค้าทางอากาศ, กรอก E-manifest สำหรับสินค้าส่งออก, กรอก AMS/ISF สำหรับสินค้า, อัพเดตรายงานให้ผู้จัดการโดยตรง
- ออกเอกสารต้นฉบับ และส่งหนังสือแจ้งเตือนล่วงหน้า
- ฐานข้อมูลอินพุตในระบบภายใน: FWB, FHL, ฉบับ B/L, คำสั่ง, AR, AP
- ช่วยเหลือฝ่ายปฏิบัติการอาวุโสในกิจกรรมการปฏิบัติการทั้งหมด ไม่ว่าจะเป็นขาออก การขนส่งทางอากาศ พิธีการศุลกากร (จัดการเรื่องต่างๆ เช่น ความแตกต่างของน้ำหนักรวมหรือการเปลี่ยนแปลง CD)
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันแข็งแกร่งกับลูกค้า หน่วยงานอื่น และซัพพลายเออร์
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 - 5 years experience in airfreight operation (Cargo).
- Competent and Strong in airfreight knowledge and handling.
- Good command of spoken and written English. (communication with Chinese manager and document)
- Must Have calculation skill
- Good communication skills & Customer service skills
- Able to Handle multiple tasks and pressure from work.

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: ARL Suvarnabhumi
Working Hour: 15:00-(Monday - Friday (work as shift) 09.00-18.00 or 15.00-24.00
WIO around 1 day/week depending on the manager)

- มีความรู้และความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการขนส่งทางอากาศและการจัดการเป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารกับผู้จัดการชาวจีนและจัดทำเอกสาร)
- ต้องมีทักษะการคำนวณ
- ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีและทักษะการบริการลูกค้า
- สามารถรับมือกับงานต่างๆ และความกดดันจากการทำงานได้
