<Job responsibilities>
- Visit customers to retain long-term customer relationships and build new relationships with potential customers which leads to customer satisfaction and be able to generate orders and sales.
- Prepare sales budget and be able to achieve sales and profit with superior consult.
- Perform technical presentations to customers and understand customers’ project specifications, and needs and have abilities for proposing solutions to meet customer’s requirements by involving internal concern members.
- Understand the Customer’s detailed information (pain point, project roadmap, organization, competitor) and take proactive action to deliver our value to the customer.
- Understand TMT policy and target match with own MBO and KPI clearly.
- Visualize own customer's business opportunity and promotion activity with superior's consult.
- Report superior final decisions with own conclusions or ideas of important tasks and key issues on time.
- Take proactive action to achieve your own MBO and KPI target.
- Support junior sales members and enhance cooperation with all stakeholders (TMT internal and External)
- Provide job training (some part) to new members


<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- พบลูกค้าเพื่อรักษาความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาวและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ใหม่กับลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพซึ่งนำไปสู่ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าและสามารถสร้างคำสั่งซื้อและการขายได้
- เตรียมงบการขายและสามารถทำยอดขายและกำไรได้พร้อมคำปรึกษาที่ดี
- ดำเนินการนำเสนอทางเทคนิคต่อลูกค้า และทำความเข้าใจข้อมูลจำเพาะและความต้องการของโครงการของลูกค้า และมีความสามารถในการเสนอโซลูชั่นเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าโดยมีสมาชิกในองค์กรเข้ามามีส่วนร่วม
- เข้าใจข้อมูลโดยละเอียดของลูกค้า (จุดปัญหา แผนงานโครงการ องค์กร คู่แข่ง) และดำเนินการเชิงรุกเพื่อส่งมอบมูลค่าให้กับลูกค้า
- เข้าใจนโยบาย TMT และเป้าหมายที่สอดคล้องกับ MBO และ KPI ของตนเองอย่างชัดเจน
- สร้างภาพโอกาสทางธุรกิจและกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายของลูกค้าตนเองพร้อมคำปรึกษาจากหัวหน้า
- รายงานการตัดสินใจขั้นสุดท้ายของหัวหน้าพร้อมข้อสรุปหรือแนวคิดของตนเองเกี่ยวกับงานสำคัญและประเด็นสำคัญตรงเวลา
- ดำเนินการเชิงรุกเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมาย MBO และ KPI ของคุณเอง
- สนับสนุนสมาชิกฝ่ายขายระดับจูเนียร์และเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทุกฝ่าย (TMT ภายในและภายนอก)
- จัดอบรมงาน(บางส่วน) ให้กับสมาชิกใหม่



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
. Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience 3 - 5 years as a salesperson Related experience in
: Trading Company
: Electronics company
: System integrator company
: IoT business company, or Telecommunications Company
- Good Command in English, TOEIC Score 550 up (attached TOEIC score if available)
- Establish long-term relationships with our existing customers, set and achieve sales budget with profit target.
- Strong passion for creating new businesses and sales promotions will be a huge advantage. (training will also be provided)
- Self-motivated good team player with an Innovative mindset
- Have ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Organize own plan to achieve own KPI target with PDCA & Planning.
- Understand sales and promotion steps.
- Build up relationships with all stakeholders. (Internal & External)
- Understand system and sales operation related tools.
- Presentation skills

- มีแรงจูงใจในตนเอง เป็นผู้เล่นในทีมที่ดี และมีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์
- เป็นเจ้าของและรับผิดชอบในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
