Maintenance Engineer (40K – 60K) (SDG- 111115)
วิศวกรซ่อมบำรุง
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Ensure the availability of the factory facilities documentation.
• Define standards inventory and control of spare parts and material needed for maintenance activities.
• Ensure availability of spare parts for keys machine and equipment.
• Involving to sourcing of maintenance spare parts provider.
• Lead action plans to improve maintenance KPIs, breakdown %, MTTR, MTBF), maximizing equipment availability for production.
• Act to minimize downtime of machine and equipment.
• Act to improve the imperfection things of factory facilities.
• Involve in troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment with malfunction from electrical or mechanical.
• Ensure proper maintenance records.
• Participate to the installation and commissioning of new machine.
• Diagnosis breakdown problems.
• Monitor & control maintenance cost Minor roles.
• Train and coach, the production teams in the proper apply of preventive maintenance tasks.
• Perform OJT to teams the on standards implemented
• Continuous improvement at weakness areas and maintain as standard.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดทำและดำเนินการตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน
• ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของเอกสารเกี่ยวกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในโรงงาน
• กำหนดมาตรฐานการจัดทำสินค้าคงคลังและการควบคุมชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่และวัสดุที่จำเป็นสำหรับกิจกรรมการบำรุงรักษา
• ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่สำหรับเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์หลัก
• ดูแลเกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดหาผู้จัดหาชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่สำหรับการบำรุงรักษา
• นำแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อปรับปรุง KPI การบำรุงรักษา เปอร์เซ็นต์การเสียหาย MTTR MTBF) เพื่อเพิ่มความพร้อมของอุปกรณ์สำหรับการผลิต
• ดำเนินการเพื่อลดเวลาหยุดทำงานของเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์
• ดำเนินการปรับปรุงข้อบกพร่องของสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในโรงงาน
• มีส่วนร่วมในการแก้ไขปัญหาอุปกรณ์การผลิตที่มีการทำงานผิดปกติจากระบบไฟฟ้าหรือกลไก
• ตรวจสอบบันทึกการบำรุงรักษาให้ถูกต้อง
• มีส่วนร่วมในการติดตั้งและทดสอบการทำงานของเครื่องจักรใหม่
• วินิจฉัยปัญหาการเสียหาย
• ตรวจสอบและควบคุมต้นทุนการบำรุงรักษา
• ฝึกอบรมและให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีมงานการผลิตในการปฏิบัติงานบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันอย่างถูกต้อง
• ดำเนินการ OJT ให้กับทีมตามมาตรฐานที่นำไปปฏิบัติ
• ปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องในจุดอ่อนและรักษาไว้ตามมาตรฐาน
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years working experience as Maintenance engineer in any manufacturing.
• 2 years management experience having subordinate under control.
• Strong experience machine preventive maintenance for Plastic injection mold.
• Understanding to wiring diagrams, PLC, Automation system.
• Solid knowledge to factory facilities maintenance such Cooling tower, Water pump, Air compressor, Air conditioner, High voltage electricity and factory electric system.
• Understand to quality system IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
• Advance conversation daily-middle of English.
• Experience machine preventive maintenance for Plastic injection mold (Sumitomo brand) is preferable.

• มีประสบการณ์ในการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันเครื่องจักรสำหรับแม่พิมพ์ฉีดพลาสติกเป็นอย่างดี
• เข้าใจแผนผังสายไฟ PLC ระบบอัตโนมัติ
• มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษาโรงงาน เช่น หอหล่อเย็น ปั๊มน้ำ เครื่องอัดอากาศ เครื่องปรับอากาศ ไฟฟ้าแรงสูง และระบบไฟฟ้าโรงงาน
• เข้าใจระบบคุณภาพ IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีประสบการณ์ในการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันเครื่องจักรสำหรับแม่พิมพ์ฉีดพลาสติก (ยี่ห้อ Sumitomo) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
