<Job responsibilities>
- Call potential new customers in the future make an appointment for a meeting, and introduce our company product and service. and then, through regular visits and suggestions, we try to get new business opportunities.
- Build good relationships with our business partners, and other suppliers in the same plastic industry, and share potential customer information for future new leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, and propose solutions for factory automation based on the environment of each customer’s factory.
- Sales support to our distributors with engineering knowledge and solutions for automation for proposing our product for end users.
- Proposing take-out robots for injection molding machines, various end-of-arm Tooling, Gate-Cut systems, Insert molding systems, stock systems,s and other jigs used for reducing Manpower at factories.
- Studying the injection molding process and its downstream material handling of customer’s factory, and providing automation solutions.
- Providing technical reports, preparing sales presentations, and explaining our product features and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers for new customers.
- Suggesting product modification and updating or upgrading our robot functions.
- Coordinate projects with other teams, such as the service engineers section, design section, and other office teams to complete the projects.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and profitability of the company.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, negotiating terms and prices.
- Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities, and provide regular reports and recommendations to the management team.

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- โทรหาลูกค้ารายใหม่ในอนาคตเพื่อทำการนัดหมายเพื่อประชุม และแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของบริษัท พยายามหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ ผ่านการพบและข้อเสนอแนะเป็นประจำ
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจและซัพพลายเออร์รายอื่นในอุตสาหกรรมพลาสติกเดียวกัน และแบ่งปันข้อมูลลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพสำหรับลูกค้ารายใหม่ในอนาคต
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าที่มีอยู่ และเสนอโซลูชั่นสำหรับระบบอัตโนมัติในโรงงานโดยพิจารณาจากสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงงานลูกค้าแต่ละราย
- สนับสนุนการขายแก่ตัวแทนจำหน่ายด้วยความรู้ด้านวิศวกรรมและโซลูชันด้านระบบอัตโนมัติเพื่อเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับผู้ใช้ปลายทาง
- เสนอหุ่นยนต์นำชิ้นงานออกสำหรับเครื่องฉีดพลาสติก เครื่องมือปลายแขนต่างๆ ระบบ Gate-Cut ระบบการขึ้นรูปเม็ดมีด ระบบสต๊อก และจิ๊กอื่นๆ ที่ใช้ในการลดกำลังคนในโรงงาน
- ศึกษาขั้นตอนการฉีดขึ้นรูปและการจัดการวัสดุปลายน้ำของโรงงานลูกค้า รวมถึงนำเสนอโซลูชั่นระบบอัตโนมัติ
- จัดทำรายงานทางเทคนิค จัดทำการนำเสนอขาย และอธิบายคุณสมบัติและประโยชน์ของผลิตภัณฑ์
- ดำเนินการสาธิตสินค้าและฝึกอบรมให้กับลูกค้าใหม่
- เสนอแนะการปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์ และอัพเดตหรืออัพเกรดฟังก์ชั่นหุ่นยนต์
- ประสานงานโครงการต่างๆ กับทีมงานอื่นๆ เช่น ฝ่ายวิศวกรบริการ ฝ่ายออกแบบ และทีมงานสำนักงานอื่นๆ เพื่อให้โครงการเสร็จสมบูรณ์
- บรรลุและเกินเป้าหมายการขาย เพื่อสนับสนุนการเติบโตและผลกำไรของบริษัท
- จัดทำและส่งข้อเสนอการขาย ใบเสนอราคา และสัญญา เจรจาเงื่อนไขและราคา
- ติดตามแนวโน้มตลาด การพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม และกิจกรรมของคู่แข่ง และจัดทำรายงานและข้อเสนอแนะต่างๆ ให้กับทีมผู้บริหารเป็นประจำ


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 24 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales (Machinery, Robots)
- Basic Understanding of CRM software, and proficiency in MS office software
- Basic knowledge of engineering skills such as reading mechanical or electrical drawings.
- Have driving car license (Company's car is provided)
- Good command of English (Communicate with JP Director and clients to present, discuss, negotiate)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Be familiar with Pneumatic products, such as SMC.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Can start working immediately

Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(- Monday - Friday - Saturday working 5-6 days per year- WIO 100% (Mainly visit clients every day))

- มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับซอฟต์แวร์ CRM และมีความสามารถในซอฟต์แวร์ MS Office
- ความรู้พื้นฐานด้านทักษะวิศวกรรม เช่น การอ่านแบบเครื่องกลหรือไฟฟ้า
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ (มีรถยนต์ของบริษัทให้)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารกับผู้อำนวยการ JP และลูกค้าเพื่อนำเสนอ อภิปราย เจรจา)
