Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manages the factory quality department (supervisors, leaders, inspectors), with the objectives to train and lead the complete department.
• Responsible to lead company PRB quality implementation, including quality management system (ISO 9001, BRCGS, FSC, NSF), QC / QA for both raw materials and finished goods, food safety system with related regulations, testing laboratories (internal and external) and calibration service.
• Responsible for the co-ordination of prompt complaints resolution, handling internal / external quality audits, corrective actions, preventive actions, and providing company PRB monthly reports on the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Responsible for Document Control Centre (DCC) under the QMS.
• Responsible to establishes measurable quality objectives within organization, and continually reviews those objectives for areas of improvement and overall effectiveness.
• Lead PDCA (continuous improvement), together with Production, Purchase, Product Engineering, Technical Support.
• Daily patrols of inside manufacturing.
• Lead the team for customer complaints/suppliers, and internal quality issue analysis and drive the 7 QC tools reports.
• Improve the in house laboratory testing procedures. (For Finished Goods and Raw Materials).

• รับผิดชอบในการนำระบบคุณภาพ PRB ของบริษัทไปใช้ รวมถึงระบบการจัดการคุณภาพ (ISO 9001, BRCGS, FSC, NSF), QC/QA สำหรับทั้งวัตถุดิบและสินค้าสำเร็จรูป ระบบความปลอดภัยของอาหารพร้อมระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง ห้องปฏิบัติการทดสอบ (ภายในและภายนอก) และบริการสอบเทียบ
• รับผิดชอบในการประสานงานการแก้ไขข้อร้องเรียนอย่างรวดเร็ว การจัดการการตรวจสอบคุณภาพภายใน/ภายนอก การดำเนินการแก้ไข การดำเนินการป้องกัน และจัดทำรายงาน PRB ของบริษัทเกี่ยวกับระบบการจัดการคุณภาพ (QMS) รายเดือน
• รับผิดชอบศูนย์ควบคุมเอกสาร (DCC) ภายใต้ QMS
• รับผิดชอบในการกำหนดเป้าหมายคุณภาพที่สามารถวัดผลได้ภายในองค์กร และตรวจสอบเป้าหมายเหล่านั้นอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อหาพื้นที่ในการปรับปรุงและประสิทธิผลโดยรวม
• นำ PDCA (การปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง) ร่วมกับการผลิต การจัดซื้อ วิศวกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์ การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิค
• ตรวจตราการผลิตภายในทุกวัน
• นำทีมรับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า/ซัพพลายเออร์ และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาคุณภาพภายใน และขับเคลื่อนรายงานเครื่องมือควบคุมคุณภาพ 7 รายการ
• ปรับปรุงขั้นตอนการทดสอบในห้องปฏิบัติการภายใน (สำหรับสินค้าสำเร็จรูปและวัตถุดิบ)


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 32-45 years
• Male / Female
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, sciences or Industrial fields.
• At least 10 years working experience as QA&QC in material or packaging for food product.
• At least 3 years management experience as QA&QC assistant manager or higher.
• Must have working experience in QMS/QMR
• Has knowledge in ISO 9001, BRCGS, FSC, NSF and ISO 14001
• Conversation high-business level in English.
• Qualified and able to perform internal and external audits (ISO-BRCGS)
• Food and/or food packaging safety and standard knowledge.
• Integrity and honesty, Statistics thinking, Good communication skills, good presentation skills, Leadership and communication skills, Problem solving and decision making
• Quality system and approach.
• Sampling plan and AQL knowledge.
• Experience of FSC, NSF and ISO 14001 certifications is a definite plus.
• TOEIC 750-800 up is preferable.
