Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for all administration and secretarial jobs
Manage and be proactive for schedule
Prepare meeting agenda, take minutes of meeting, and arrange appointment
Liaising with Oversea staff in Japan by telephone, and email
Prepares reports by collecting information
Other tasks following Manager’s assignment
Qualifications:

Thai nationality, Female only Age 22 - 30 years old
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Good command in Japanese (N2 or above)
Good communication and good service-minded
Welcomes new graduates
Languages skills
English: Conversation level
Japanese: N2 or above
Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour: 8.30-17.30 (Mon – Fri)
