Work outline: Responsible for managing the all field offices in Thailand by handling sales activities and revenue generations, improving operations, recruiting staffs etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Understand situations of the field offices by visiting them (trip 2-3times a week) and cooperate with managers in each area to solve problems
Control BS/PL of the field offices
Visit clients to listen to their requests
Based on the clients request, make strategies to find people they need, improve recruiting operations etc.
Visit clients offices and factories
Analyze, planning and make sales product report
Coordinating and maintains good relationships with customer / dealer
Other tasks as assigned
*the Filed offices are located in Rojana, Bangpool,Nawakorn etc
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality , Male/female, age 33-42 years old
Bachelor’s degree
Experiences of supervising sales team and activities
Experiences of project management
English skills (Business Level)
Preferable:
Having a driving license
Good negotiation skills and problem solving skills
Have deep knowledge of factory operations (since the clients are mainly manufacturer)
Knowledge of Japanese
Languages skills
English: Business level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS chong nonsi
Working Hour: 08.30 - 17.30 (Mon - Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 70,000 – 180,000 THB (Negotiable)
