Work outline: Responsible for overall import/export coordination and documentation
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare export booking and documentation data entry into the core application as per established standard procedures.
Prepare import documentation by verifying manifest, sending NOAs or DOs as per established instruction.
Generate and send bookings, bills, or invoices to customers after verification and as per existing procedures.
Coordinate and communicate with clients through e-mails.
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/female , age 22-35 years old
Fresh Graduates are welcome
Strong communication skills in English. (TOEIC or TOEFL is preferred)
Ability to understand and comprehend work instructions/manuals and to work upon those documents.
Good Command of MS office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Can work under pressure and flexible hours if required.
Problem solving skills with customer-centered mind
Complete all the assigned tasks on time and with expected accuracy.
Punctual and in time to office for taking over the responsibilities from previous shift.
Self-driven and motivated person to take initiatives when required.
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversation level
Chinese: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini
Working Hour: First shift starting 6.30 a.m.- 15:30pm (Monday to Friday) Second shift starting 8.00 a.m.-17:00pm (Monday to Friday), More shifts can be required in the future.
