Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Being responsible for providing Functional and Technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers on Dynamic 365 Solutions
Ø Being responsible for actively driving and managing the pre-sales process with direct and channel customers
Ø Primarily engaged in a pre-sales functional consultancy role, the consultant will provide functional and technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams, account managers and partners on proposal activities
Ø Attend meetings with potential clients to determine business and technical requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collected prior to producing a solution
Ø Work with Product owner (Microsoft) to feedback on issues with current products and provide work around solutions to customer (if any)
Ø Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals
Ø Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions, understand and capture requirements
Ø Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements
Ø Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests
Ø Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team
Ø Provide ongoing support for customers during implementation in case of consultant is not available
Ø Producing the detailed costing for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality only, Male/Female , 35-45 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree / Master Degrees in MBA / Computer Science is preferable
Ø Over 10 years of working experiences in IT / ICT Solutions, Sales and Marketing or related fields, with at least 3 years in supervising role
Ø Good command of both written and spoken English
Ø Good interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and organization skills
Ø Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Microsoft Dynamics AX/ CRM knowledge is preferable
Ø Self – motivated, team player and ability to work under pressure

Salary: 80,000 – 90,000 THB (Base) negotiable
