Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø To set the overall yearly strategy and plan for compliance management which be directed by headquarters standard, to comply with Thai law
Ø To develop and implement the compliance policy
Ø To work closely with Legal Affairs Section to be the in house legal adviser providing legal consulting and legal opinions, especially the topics that concern with compliance
Ø To understand the issues that businesses face about the legal compliance risk, and plan to resolve them
Ø To be responsible for legal documents and regulatory reports/filings in accordance with laws and regulatory standards
Ø To manage or review contracts and agreements, and other company legal documents in Thai/English,
Ø To coordinate with domestic group company, overseas regional and global legal & compliance team
Ø To coordinate with all board directors and teams for regular meeting about legal & compliance issues
Ø To coordinate with regarding government authorities and officers
Ø To work closely controller, internal audit and risk management team to investigate if there are any non-compliance issues
Ø To conduct any other legal and compliance tasks which may be assigned
Ø To create and find the ways to promote compliance activities
Qualifications:
[Must]
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-30 years old Ø Bachelor degree in law or business discipline
Ø 1-3 years of experience with law firm
Ø Experience developing and implementing compliance system (is preferable)
Ø Good knowledge in Business law, Corporate law and Commercial law
Ø Practical Knowledge of Thai Legal System
Ø Good English verbal and written communication skills
Ø Must be able to adapt to working in a fast-paced environment
