Work outline: Responsible for supporting Japanese clients and CEO
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Provide support for Japanese clients and CEO
Ø Visit client with Japanese CEO
Ø Coordinate with clients by phone, mail etc.
Ø Handle documents work
Ø Other administrative works upon the request (ex. Visa-work permit)
Remarks: office work 70%, outside 30% -TBD
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female , age 22-30 years
Ø Fresh graduate is welcome
Ø Proficiency in MS office
Ø Willing to work in consulting firm
Ø Be able to handle documents tasks
Prefer:
Ø Working experience in accounting firm
Languages skills
English: None
Japanese: Advanced conversation (N3 or above)
Workplace Area: BTS Chidlom
Working Hour: Monday-Friday 08:00 (-10:00) – 17:00 (-19:00) –Flexible hour (8hrs exclude lunch)
