Store Manager

Job Description:・Understanding and becoming the expert of MAXGUY CO., LTD. ・Troubleshoot both technical and structural (including human) issues and get the root causes, tentative measures, preventive measures and permanent solutions ・Train and organize the store and staffs to be ready for rapidly expanding business model ・Manage team of operation both HO and store day-to-day operational supervision/training ・Conduct market research including the competitive analysis and macro analysis ・Become a member of the key managements of the company involving in cross functional higher level discussions and planning (such as the business direction setting)Requirements:・Bachelor’s degree ・Work experience in retail industry ・Thai nationality with Business level of Japanese language literacy ・Fluent English speaking skill, able to communicate on business level directly ・Bright with operations background ・Multi-tasking skills, able to prioritize the work and handle in efficient manner ・Store development and new business start up experience (advantage) ・Open minded, absorbing different cultures ・Japan lover ・Good at teaching ・High inter-personal skill (especially with subordinates) ・Strong leadership ・Able to work late, weekends, holidaysWorking hours:10:30～21:00JOB ID:000000895
