As a Researcher / Candidate Manager you will play a key role within a busy office supporting recruitment consultants.About ATJ Recruitment•Our office is based in Park Ventures Building in Bangkok, Thailand attached to the Phloen Chit BTS.•We provide access to the Hotel Okura’s gym facilities in the building.•We offer a competitive base salary and uncapped earning potential. •Your role as a Researcher/ Candidate Manager will be permanent full-time, following the Japanese CalendarAbout the Role•As a Researcher/ Candidate Manager you will work closely with the team as you work hard to generate new candidates to place into Legal roles.•Duties will include:oDaily phone contact with Candidates to discuss their needs and career plansoMaking candidates aware of good opportunities and giving good detail on available rolesoSupporting Recruitment consultants across a range of tasksoWorking as part of the team to generate activity and hit targetsoLooking after social media platforms to contact candidates and promote the brand•This is a fast paced role with plenty of activity.
