Job Description:・To work for a well established company in the manufacturing of Chemical for electronics parts and printed circuit board with Headquarters in Japan ・To report to the GM & expatriate Management team in factory HR & Administration duties, managing Recruitment & Hiring, Training, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Management and ER activities ・To work with Line Managers & Centralized Recruitment Center on related activities ・To assist in the set up of HR Department ・Supervise & lead HR teamRequirements:・Male / Female ・Bachelor's Degree (Major is N/A) ・5 years experience in new set up factory from Manufacturing companies ・Previous experience in handling Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Management and ER activities as well as HR team supervision ・Good communication in Japanese & English ・Able to work at Bangkok for 1 year before established factory, and then work at Rojana Industrial Park, AyutthayaJOB ID:000000898
