Work outline: In charge of HR Strategy and HR Project
Duties & Responsibilities:
HR Project
· Perform role as Sub-Project leaders for OD relating projects
HR Diagnosis & Health-Check
· Collect HR Health signals from routine/ad-hoc source
· Diagnose HR-related quantitative and qualitative data
· Propose analysis to HR Strategy Manager and HR Management Team
· Facilitate collaborative problem-solving process to come up with actions to close gap
· Monitor & control results
· Update HR Management Team
HR Management Metrics
· Maintain & update HR Management Metrics on weekly basis to key stakeholders
HR Executive Reporting
· Update HR Strategy Reports
Change Facilitator
· Facilitate workshop to drive people management changes
Key Shared Accountabilities
· Interact with key stakeholders to deliver an efficient and effective HR Strategy project plan, data for organizational health-check
· Work closely with HR Manager team to update project progress, project status and Metrics status
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age between 28-35 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree or higher in HROD, Political Science, Business Administration or related field
Ø Direct experience in HR strategy, preferably minimum 5 years as a supervisor
Ø Project management skills
Ø Experience in organizational health-check in terms of HR
Ø HR Expertise in HR Management Metrics
Ø Skilful in facilitating change driving workshop
Ø Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Languages skills
English: Business level
