Work outline: Be the middle person to coordinate each teams in the office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Create project schedule
Ø Communicate deadlines, confirming project resource assignments
Ø Monitor and summarize the progress of projects
Ø Compose business emails to Japanese and Thai customer
Ø Coordinate meeting agendas, recording minutes of meeting
Ø Sometimes travel outside with Software team (by company car)
Ø Maintain good communication with internal and external, contacts to assure timely and efficient
Ø Completion of jobs, proper communication of issues, and the entire process.
Ø Other tasks will be assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age between 23-35 years old
Ø Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administrative or related field
Ø Have related experience at least 1-2 year
Ø Good interpersonal skill
Ø Good command in Microsoft Office
Prefer:
Ø Be aggressive and goal oriented
Ø Have experiences in office furniture business is preferable
Ø Creative thinking

Workplace Area: BTS Siam
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (9.00 – 18.00)
