Work outline: Be the key point of contact between an organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Achieve agreed upon sales targets and GP within specific time in
Ø Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from Business Development department and Sales Manager through cold calling
Ø Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients ( Location: Bangkok 60% upcountry, Rayong, Ayuthaya and etc 40%)
Ø Develop and maintain positive relationship with customer and business partners
Ø Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Ø Provide brief to sales support team, design team and construction team for making quotation and presentation
Ø Request and confirm delivery schedule between sales support team and customer
Ø First hand gathering claim information from customer and brief to sales support to complete claim process repeat order here cover only furniture, not include interior work
Ø Act as project leader to lead other departments to complete project
Ø Coordinate with account department to follow-up for collection of payment in case of overdue payment
Ø Quarterly conduct 3C research, company, competitor and customer
Ø Manage to get satisfaction sheet from customer and take action to result
Ø Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Ø Participate in marketing events such as seminars and season greeting.
Ø Initiate bottom up and idea sharing among team
Qualifications:

Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, age between 25-35 years old
Ø Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administrative or related field
Ø Have sales experience at least 2 year
Ø Attractive and ambitious to achieve target
Ø Good command in Microsoft Office
Prefer:
Ø Be aggressive and goal oriented
Ø Have experiences in office furniture business or Sale and Marketing is preferable
Ø Creative thinking
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level

Working Hour: Monday – Friday (9.00 – 18.00)
About the Benefit
Salary: 35,000-45,000 THB negotiable
