Work outline: Responsible for taking care of Japanese clients: analyze and solve problem


Duties & Responsibilities:
-Gather clients’ information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.-Provide and process information in response to inquiries.-Work closely with internal staffs-Take care of Japanese clients-Any other tasks which assigned by supervisor-Occasionally serve as interpreter for the JP Manager.


Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø  Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 23-30
Ø  Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or other related fields
Ø  Good communication in English
Ø  Strong knowledge in JAVA and PHP.
Ø  Strong knowledge in Database development: MS or My SQL , Oracle




Prefer:
-Experience in helpdesk service would be a plus.
-Working under pressure (limited time)  -Willing to learn new things (new products, software)      -Initiative, strong problem solving and analytical skill.        -Team work and Good coordination




Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level (At least N3 onwards)
 
Workplace Area:  BTS Saladang/ MRT Si-lom
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17.00 (Mon.-Fri.)
