Work outline: Responsible for dealing with customers and assisting manager’s tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Contact and cooperate with customer in order to prepare all related document for Sales
Ø Support and give direction of Business Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Etc.
Ø Financial billing process, issue invoice, credit note, cost control.
Ø Monitoring KPI compliance.
Ø Complete job file to generate financial result of Sales in time line.
Ø Keep good customer relationship and provide the best service to meet customer requirement.
Ø To handle all complaints efficiently and satisfactorily with clear and concise communication.
Ø To be proactive in resolving issues and problems before they occur.
Ø Monitoring problems and issues and promptly reporting to General Manager, Ass.GM. and Mgr.
Ø Can control and motivation with Sales staff in Sales Section well
Ø Educate all Sales staff in quality Improvement and good teamwork
Ø Other tasks assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 31-36 years old
Ø Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Ø Good Command of Computer program (MS. Office)
Ø Experience 3-5 years over in Logistics Business, Freight Forwarding and Customs Broker, Liners, Import/Export, BOI, Customer Service or Sales.
Ø Have a car license & Own car.
Preferable:
Ø Good interpersonal skill, positive attitude,
Ø Self-motivated and service mind person
Ø Can work under pressure Etc.
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: SUVANABHUMI AIRPORT
Working Hour: Mon-Fri (08:30– 17:30)
