Job Highlight
Ø We are seeking the new business in terms of both of Solution and market based on Mobile Technology

Ø Work with a talented President to expand business (highly responsible as a core member in the company)
Work outline: Responsible for directing all sales activities by implementing sales plans and supervising sales teams (sup-posed to work with the President as a partner to develop new clients and expand their business)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Ø Devising and implementing the company’s sales strategy.
Ø Setting revenue targets for the company and setting key performance indicators.
Ø Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Ø Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Ø Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Ø Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Ø Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Ø Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Ø Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Ø Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Ø Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ø *Clients’ industries are 50% financial:50% retail businesses
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male only, age 33-45 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø 8+ years in sales field
Ø experience of working as a sales manager in IT industries (preferably Application software related)
Ø Advanced Conversational - Business level English (plans to expand their business to Myanmar, Laos, and Vietnam etc.)
Ø Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results to business plans.
Preferable:
Ø Experiences in financial or retail industries
Ø Formal sales training would be an advantage but not essential
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level to Business Level
Japanese: none
Workplace Area: BTS Mo Chit
Working Hour: 9:00~18:00 (Mon – Fri)
