Work outline: To lead the company by well understanding about management idea for the General Administration (including Legal and IT) and Human resource field.
Duties & Responsibilities:
ADMINISTRATIVE
1. Updating new regulations to Management and revise company regulations to appropriate.
2. Keeping staff informed of Company’s plans and development.
3. Providing legal advice as required – e.g. contracts, trades description, company law, employment registration, and health and safety legislation, working conditions and data protection.
4. Ensure that the legal and statutory requirements of the company are met and furnishes statements on these subjects as required.
5. Record and type minutes after management meeting prepares letters and notices etc. and disseminate them accordingly
6. Liaise with external bodies such as IEAT, Government departments etc.
7. Deal with government bodies such as MOE… to register or submit document to get certification.
8. Control admin activities of Branches.
9. Perform other related duties as required from Management.
HUMAN RESOURCE
1. Manpower planning – assessing future needs against present staffing.
2. Appointment, promotion & distribution of staff (with approval from DMD & MD).
3. Staff development & training within planned budget.
4. Staff appraisal including performance, potential and reward reviews.
5. Personnel welfare, policies and procedure formulation (with approval from DMD & MD).
6. Promoting of Staff health and safety activities.
7. Recruitment and selection (together with the individual department head).
8. To formulate the Job Description for all staff.
9. Ensure proper documentation on contracts of employee.
10. Liaise with advertising agencies on the publishing of recruitment advertisements
11. Prepare employment letters for all new hires.
12. Responsible for the full range of work permit/employment safety certificate etc.
13. Responsible for new personnel induction
14. Recruit temporary staff from employment agencies.
15. Confirmation of update personnel records of all staff, time card, leave records, medical claims, reservist pay computation, insurance and hospital claims etc.
16. Plan staff training schedules and process any government subsidy grant if applicable.
17. Prepare performance appraisal forms (annual/confirmation review) and distribute them to superiors.
18. Assist in formulation of personnel policies, safety programs and procedures.
19. Payroll administration
20. Social insurance of all employees
OTHERS
1. Plan sports/social events such as family day etc.
2. Control and maintain ISO 9001 documentation
3. Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 38-45 years
Ø Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in HR management, Administration, Law or any related field.
Ø At least 10 years working experience in the HR & GA field
Ø At least 5 years working experiences at leader or management position in the foreign company
Ø Someone who has a visible improvement result for the function and company’s business by taking action by himself/herself as a manager
Ø Deep knowledge on labor law and government regulations
Ø Good human relations and high leadership skills, problem solve and high ownership
Preferable:
Ø Strong and supportive team player.
Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ø Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
Languages skills
English: Business Level (Be able to communicate with other region offices)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Amata City Industrial Estate, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00 -17:00 (Monday – Friday)
