Purchasing Engineer (Supervisor) @Chachoengsao

Work outline: Be responsible for purchasing work of Exhaust Gas Recirculation section in advanced level
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sourcing, Identify and development potential local / oversea supplier's resource for new part new model and localization part of each commodity
Handle in RFQ activity for new project and localize part in each phase, price comparison, cost review
of each commodity
Participate in supplier selection, supplier evaluation in term of QCD and audit of each phase
Handling Supplier's project preparation schedule, to ensure supplier activities, follow company frame work by each commodity
Cooperating with supplier to maintain QCD framework by each commodity
Handle tooling preparation schedule / Report, Project preparation schedule/ Report and Supplier APQP by each commodity
Study and suggest cost of Purchasing part and Raw Material of all phase included after Mass Production (VE/VA activities)
Participate in implementing the requirement of the parts localization
Supplier controls in term of QCD after Mass Production including full-fill the gap between supplier and company requirement
Involve in quality improvement, PPAP and support ISO/TS16949 requirement by each commodity

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female, age 27-23 years
Bachelor's Degree in engineering field (material engineering is preferable)
At least 5 years’ experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Buyer / New Model or Sales Engineer from Automotive Industry
Knowledge of IATF16949(ISO/TS16949) and core tool (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan)
Good communication skill with supplier, internal section and client

Preferable:
Knowledge of d ISO14001(latest version)
Knowledge of 5S and employee safety
Languages skills
English: Daily Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri) *Saturday working: It depends on project
