Service Engineer Manager (40K-55K) (SDG-27600)
<Job Responsibilities>
Monitor and support team member
Response to customer needs in regards to the servicing, installation, and maintenance of machine tools.
Monitoring and adhering to technical factors and quality standards. Actively manage and maintain customer relationships.
Responding to customer service calls.
Implementing up-gradations of equipment / mechanisms or parameters depending by the product change to increase efficiency, quality and machine health.
Other task as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, age 32 - 40 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
At least 3 years’ experience in in Service Engineer / Field Engineer / Maintenance Engineer for CNC machines (Fanuc or Siemens or CNC control)
Have experience in managing subordinates
Analytical Skills, Ability to Work under Pressure, Communication, Team Building & Leadership.
Computer Literacy: MS Office & Internet Application.
Good Command in English communication Skill (Email, communicate with clients and management)
Own car and able to travel upcountry
