<Job Responsibilities>
Supporting client which will establish the company in Thailand as below
Preparing documents which is necessary to establish the company
Support VISA acquisition
Support to hold Stockholder's meeting in terms of scheduling and preparing documents
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-30 years old
Bachelor Degree in any field
At least 3 years of working experience as admin in accounting firm or law firm or consulting firm (have experience of supporting company registration)
Conversational level of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
More than 3 years of working experience in international or Japanese accounting or law firm
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri)
