Customer Service Executive (Chinese Speaking HSK3) (25K-35K) (SDG-38699)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for Customer Service Counter operation such as VAT Refund, Member, provide information to customers, etc. for both foreign and Chinese customers
Manage monthly plan of service
Coordinate with related departments in order to support customer service purposes
Support HR department for a service training session for staffs
Monthly report such as VAT Refund, etc.
Other related tasks as assigned by the superior
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-29 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Good communication in English for communicating in internal and writing email, report
Willing to work on a late shift (2 times a month)
Willing to work on a national holiday and during festival (Especially New Year Celebration period)
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or related field
Excellent communication in Chinese (HSK3 up)
