Import and Export staff (BOI) (27K-38K) (SDG-40082)
<Job Responsibilities>
Prepare and process documents for international trading such as Invoice, Packing list, Bill of landing,, Letter of Credit.
Most of tasks are related to imports from Japan, China, Hongkong
Manage schedules of shipment and delivery to customer
Prepare the documents for customs procedures and BOI procedure, submit them to freight forwarder
Respond to order and inquiry from customer by e-mail
Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
Bachelor Degree
Working experience of trading affairs (Import and Export coordination) in trading company more than 5 years.
Have experience of preparing documents for BOI
Advanced conversational high level of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Have experience of working at the company which have related plastic products
