<Job Responsibilities>
Overall responsibility for general accounting functions (AP, AR) and financial accounts.
Prepare withholding tax certificate to suppliers and withholding tax report (PND3, 53).
Check all tax invoices from suppliers and prepare monthly input VAT report for submission to Revenue Department.
Prepare and consolidate all tax reports submission to the Revenue Department.
Reconcile bank account and bank statement.
GL reconciliation for account codes under responsibility.
Coordinate with the other department to ensure timely and accurate data is available for preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Support month-end closing and month-end reports.
Any other tasks as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 23-25 years old
Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Accounting or related fields.
At least 2 years working experiences in accounting fields.
Ability to communicate in English.
Good skill in MS Excel
Ability to perform multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines are strongly required.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experienced in Hire-Purchase, Leasing, Banking or Financial company.
Proficient in Navision Program
Languages skills
