Engineer Supervisor
(28K – 33K) (SDG-55261)
วิศวกรระดับหัวหน้างาน
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible on New Model project and process
• Contact to client to receive new model requirement
• Responsible on new model modify ,design jig/fixture and technique process
• Responsible on trial new model process and approval process
• Checking new model drawing
• Coordinate with supplier (Outsource) and production control team
• Preparing new model ,prototype , die and tooling documents
• Responsible on APQP ,PPAP,IATF16949,and Core tool document
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-45 years
• Male only
• Bachelor degree in industrial engineer, mechanical engineer or any other related field
• At least 5 years experience for diploma level and 3 years experience for bachelor degree in die stamping , new model , production process in automotive parts manufacturing
• Experience working with press machine
• Able to use Auto CAD , Industrial Instruments ,and MS-Office
• Knowledge on APQP ,PPAP,IATF16949,and Core tool
• Basic level of English
• Has certificates of IATF16949:2016,Core Tools,PPAP,APQP Training
• Management experience

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Every other Saturday (No Sat working under COVID-19 situation))

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
-รับผิดชอบโครงการและกระบวนการ New Model
-ติดต่อลูกค้าเพื่อรับความต้องการรุ่นใหม่
-รับผิดชอบในการปรับเปลี่ยนโมเดลใหม่ออกแบบจิ๊ก / อุปกรณ์ติดตั้งและกระบวนการเทคนิค
-รับผิดชอบในกระบวนการทดลองรุ่นใหม่และกระบวนการอนุมัติ
-ตรวจสอบการวาดโมเดลใหม่
-ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ (Outsource) และทีมควบคุมการผลิต
-เตรียมเอกสารโมเดลต้นแบบแม่พิมพ์และเครื่องมือใหม่
-รับผิดชอบเอกสาร APQP, PPAP, IATF16949 และ Core tool
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 30-45 ปี
-เฉพาะผู้ชาย
-ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรอุตสาหการวิศวกรเครื่องกลหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีสำหรับระดับอนุปริญญาและประสบการณ์ระดับปริญญาตรี 3 ปีในการปั๊มขึ้นรูปรุ่นใหม่กระบวนการผลิตในการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์
-มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับเครื่องกด
-สามารถใช้ Auto CAD, เครื่องมือทางอุตสาหกรรมและ MS-Office
-ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ APQP, PPAP, IATF16949 และเครื่องมือหลัก
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน
-มีใบรับรอง IATF16949: 2016, Core Tools, PPAP, APQP Training จะดีมาก
-ประสบการณ์การบริหารจะดีมาก
