Work Outline: Be responsible for overall HR and Admin tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall HR management functions of factory i.e. HR procedures, rules & regulations, manpower management, recruitment & selection, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations, labor union, HR information system.
Responsible for overall Administration functions of factory i.e. factory license & permit, vehicle & driver, building & facilities, security, waste & hazardous, factory visit, dispatcher, government & community relations etc.
Responsible for overall warehouse and delivery functions of factory
Responsible for production planning and inventory control functions of factory
Responsible for additional activities assigned from factory manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male only, Age 35-40 years old
Bachelor degree in Human resource management or related fields.
8-10 years of experience in human resource management and administration of manufacturing field.
Strong in working with labor union and labor relations function
Good in English communication and human relations
Computer literacy
Preferable Skill / Experience
Bachelor degree in Human resource management or related fields.
Have experience in logistics would be an advantage.
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
