<Job Responsibilities>
- Administration of workers’ compensation and company policies.
- Responsibilities include creating, monitoring, filing, and management of all worker’s compensation claims, etc.
- Responsibilities including Salaries computation, filling, Management, and processing of all workers’ compensation claims (Medical/ Dental/ Overnight allowance/ Over route, Overseas allowance/ Extra Allowance), Computation and Income taxes documents for employee declaration purposes, etc.
- Recruiting of exempt and non-exempt staff using the most cost-effective means possible for both regular and temporary positions.
- Yearly Benchmarking of C&B with other related or similar industries.
- Maintains databases, records of claims, and certificates of Insurance, or other related.
- Coordinate and support the relocation of foreign associates including but not limited to the establishment of bank accounts, utilities, schools, driver’s licenses, insurance, and social security cards, explanation of company policies, and the respective country laws and culture.
- Update of annual AT Biz calendar with justifications.
- Responsible to ensure a smooth implementation of the performance appraisal process yearly to do correctly and fairly. Ensuring J-Sox procedures are maintained, recorded, carry out in filing as required.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting company activities.
- Responsible and reviewing Employee Handbook on any update or amendments to be made that are to be compliant with the current labor laws and regulations.
- Responsible to update and maintaining E-Payroll/ Personal and all other Pro-Soft systems, Monthly
- Payroll reports, and Human Resource Reports.
- Make certain all policies requiring signatures are filed in the employment folder
- Monitor and assure company compliance with all state, federal and local employment laws.
- Ensure and monitor the well-being of all our employees’ performance, culture, and behavior, and nurture and guide them to do work/assignments/things the right way.
- Must have a yearly minimum of 30-60 hrs. training (with Certification) on approval-related HR Course – KPI.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Female, 28-32 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of 5 years equivalent work experience.
- Must have knowledge of Labor Laws etc., Insurance, Social security, workman’s comp., Payroll, etc.
- General knowledge of financial statements and the budgeting process.
- Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software.
- Ability to identify and maintain confidential information (PDPA).
- Excellent reading and writing English are mandatory.
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Having experience in both HR and Admin
- Working in a manufacturing company
