- Receive service orders and coordinate with various departments involved in the purchase of goods and make a quotation
<Job Responsibilities>
- Make a maintenance report and other related
- Internal coordination with department concern
- Translate meetings, documents related to maintenance work or other related work in Japanese.
- Contact and coordinate with suppliers, prepare purchase order documents
- Other tasks assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
・At least 2 years experiences as Sales Coordinator, Document Control, Customer Service work from any industrial.
・ฺHave experience in Japanese translate.
・ฺBasic in English.
・Able to communicate in Japanese. (JLPT N3)
・Be able to commute to work by themselves.
・Can work under pressure and deadline
