<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for GA , HR and interpreter
<Job Responsibilities>
General Affairs
・To assist controlling of Japanese matter such as Visa, work permit, 90 days report, Lease Agreement, Company car, Driver control, support all Japanese require.
・To assist and control Signboard Tax, Building and Land Tax and other government contact which concern with GA and HR issue.
・Coordinate with Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) ex. Application for Land permit, Apply for full Operation license.
Human Resource
・Manage employee relation in order to drive trust between the company & employees and also improve employee engagement.
・Control and management of welfare of employee such as uniform, health check-up, group insurance and other matter.
・Take care and keep filing of documents as principal 3Q6S.
・Other assign by superior
Interpreter &Translator
・To translate the conversation & documents between Thai to Japanese
・Be the translator with others both Internal and external department for support the Japanese, documents translation, etc.
・To coordinate with others both internal and external department for support the Japanese.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor' degree in any field
・At least 5 years experience in HR, GA and Interpreter role from automotive industries.
・At least 2 years experience in leader leader.
・Conversation high-Business level in Japanese (must have JLPT N2)
・Advance conversation low level of English
・Able to work under pressure
・Good communication and negotiation, solving problems.
・Good in computer skills.
