Work details
1. Manages and monitors all HR & Admin functions within the company in order to achieve department objectives and goals, and to support company development.
2. Monitoring and supporting HR activities including payroll, attendance, rules and regulations, recruitment, compensation, welfare & benefits, performance evaluation, and training arrangement.
3. Monitoring and supporting admin activities including uniforms, company facilities, stationaries, car arrangement and any other admin tasks.
4. Understand the business operations and support operation through proper staffing from both a strategic and tactical perspective
5. Updating the organization chart
6. Fully support on ISO 9001 & 14001 and 5S activities
7. Providing announcement and necessary letters
8. Any other task assigned by direct supervisor
- At least 5-7 years HR experience in manufacturing company
- At least 3 years' people management experience (Supervisor to Manager level)
- Interpersonal skills, particularly in negotiating
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English (Daily conversational high level to report to JP)
- Own car or motorbike with driving license to commute
- Strong personality to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Labor Laws
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience to support VISA/WP for EXPATS
- Work experience in JP/MNC company which has more than 100 employees
- Experienced in Tiger soft program (developed by domestic company) is a plus
