<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage all HR functions to operate seamlessly without any disruption, initiate work engagement and job satisfaction to its employee in organization
- Plan HR strategies with the emphasis on reinforcing, remodeling and implementing work rules and regulations, compensation and benefits systems including performance appraisal assessments
- Prepare and Control HR budget
- Handle labour union relations, solve conflicts and complaints by employees, Implement disciplinary action and employment termination
- Identify, develop, and deploy initiative and best practice in talent acquisition, communications, performance management, learning and development, performance rewards
- Manage, supervise and improve operational efficiency of HR Dept
- Be responsible for proceeding reorganization matter according to management policy by clear communication with employee
- Other duties assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 10+ years' experience as HR in any industry
- Management experience of 5+ members in HR field
- Conversational high level of English (to communicate with Japanese management)
- Have knowledge of labor law
- Person who can understand business situation and handle HR tasks strategically according to management policy

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Working experience at Thai Public Company Limited
- Working experience at a manufacturing company
- Experience in union-management consultation
- Japanese language skill for reporting to the management
- Working experience at a company with 1,000+ employees

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- จัดการงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลทั้งหมดให้ทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่นโดยไม่มีการหยุดชะงัก สร้างการมีส่วนร่วมในการทำงานและความพึงพอใจในงานให้กับพนักงานในองค์กร
- วางแผนกลยุทธ์ด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลโดยเน้นการเสริม ปรับปรุง และนำระเบียบปฏิบัติในการทำงาน ระบบค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ รวมถึงการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน
- จัดเตรียมและควบคุมงบประมาณทรัพยากรบุคคล
- จัดการความสัมพันธ์ของสหภาพแรงงาน แก้ปัญหาข้อขัดแย้งและข้อร้องเรียนของพนักงาน ดำเนินการทางวินัย และเลิกจ้าง
- ระบุ พัฒนา และปรับใช้ความคิดริเริ่มและแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดในการจัดหาผู้มีความสามารถพิเศษ การสื่อสาร การจัดการผลงาน การเรียนรู้และการพัฒนา รางวัลผลงาน
- บริหารจัดการ กำกับดูแล และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล
- รับผิดชอบดำเนินการเรื่องการปรับโครงสร้างองค์กรตามนโยบายของฝ่ายบริหารโดยสื่อสารกับพนักงานอย่างชัดเจน
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 40 - 50 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 10 ปีขึ้นไปในฐานะ HR ในทุกอุตสาหกรรม
- ประสบการณ์การจัดการของสมาชิก 5คนขึ้นไปในสาขา HR
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสูง (เพื่อสื่อสารกับผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น)
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน
- บุคคลที่สามารถเข้าใจสถานการณ์ทางธุรกิจและจัดการงานทรัพยากรบุคคลอย่างมีกลยุทธ์ตามนโยบายการจัดการ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานที่ บริษัทจำกัด (มหาชน)
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทผู้ผลิต
- มีประสบการณ์ในการให้คำปรึกษาด้านการจัดการสหภาพแรงงาน
- ทักษะการใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่อการรายงานต่อผู้บริหาร
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทที่มีพนักงานมากกว่า 1,000 คน
