Engineer Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities
1. Formulate manufacturing process for the new product
2. Direct, review and approve process jig fixture design and changes
3. Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
4. Provide, plan and direct the installation testing and operation of facilities and equipment needed for production.
5. Keep conducting tests on systems for efficiency and accuracy till a quality and cost-effective production process is　implemented successfully
6. Investigate, solve and prevent the process related problems in production lines.
7. Assign, direct, and evaluate the PE work and oversee the development and maintenance of staff
8. Study the production feasibility and estimate the manufacturing cost for new project quotation.
9. Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department
10. Other responsibilities if required

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
1. กำหนดกระบวนการผลิตสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
2. กำกับดูแล ทบทวน และอนุมัติกระบวนการออกแบบและเปลี่ยนแปลงอุปกรณ์จับยึดจิ๊ก
3. ประสานงานและกำกับโครงการ จัดทำแผนโดยละเอียดเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย และกำกับการบูรณาการกิจกรรมทางเทคนิค
4. จัดเตรียม วางแผน และควบคุมการติดตั้งการทดสอบและการทำงานของสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นสำหรับการผลิต
5. ทำการทดสอบระบบเพื่อประสิทธิภาพและความแม่นยำอย่างต่อเนื่องจนกว่ากระบวนการผลิตที่มีคุณภาพและคุ้มค่าจะประสบความสำเร็จ　ดำเนินการสำเร็จ
6. ตรวจสอบ แก้ไข และป้องกันปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการในสายการผลิต
7. มอบหมาย กำกับ และประเมินงาน PE และดูแลการพัฒนาและบำรุงรักษาพนักงาน
8. ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการผลิตและประเมินต้นทุนการผลิตสำหรับใบเสนอราคาโครงการใหม่
9. พัฒนาและดำเนินการตามนโยบาย มาตรฐาน และขั้นตอนสำหรับงานวิศวกรรมและเทคนิคที่ดำเนินการในแผนก
10. ความรับผิดชอบอื่นๆ หากจำเป็น


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-45 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related.
• At least 10 years of working experience as a Production Engineer or engineer in automotive manufacturing.
• At least 5 years’ management experience as Assistant - Manager level.
• Working experience in Die cast process
• Ability to review customer's requirements, drawing and specifications and conduct of technical review process.
• Conversation middle-high level in English.
